dfnocai Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("User") and dfnocai ("Platform" or "we"), operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs access to and use of the dfnocai website, including all services, features and content available on it.

Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated period may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to register and operate one dfnocai account. This restriction covers the use of different names, email addresses, mobile phone numbers or payment methods to open additional accounts. Violation of this rule may result in the closure of all related accounts along with forfeiture of any credit balance and bonuses held.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their dfnocai account password and login details. You are required to use a strong password and not share account information with any other party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the dfnocai customer support team immediately via live chat or email.

3.2 Prohibited Actions

dfnocai users are strictly prohibited from doing the following:

• Using third-party software, automation bots or other tools to influence or automate gameplay
• Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation or collusion with other users
• Attempting to hack, disrupt or compromise the security of the dfnocai system
• Using a dfnocai account for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Registering an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation from dfnocai
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple registrations or betting techniques that go against the spirit of the promotion

3.3 Accurate and Current Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to dfnocai is accurate and current at all times. Any changes to personal information, including mobile phone number, email address or bank details, must be updated promptly through the account management panel.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dfnocai accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All financial transactions on the dfnocai platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), except for cryptocurrency transactions which will be converted at the current rate.

4.2 Verification Before Withdrawal

For compliance and security purposes, dfnocai reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. This includes verification of the payment method used for the deposit. dfnocai encourages users to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals to facilitate the verification process.

4.3 User Responsibility in Transactions

Users are responsible for ensuring that all transaction details submitted are accurate. dfnocai is not responsible for any losses or delays arising from incorrect details provided by the user. Any transaction-related issues must be reported to the dfnocai support team within 72 hours of the date of the relevant transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

dfnocai offers a 120% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. Before any winnings from this bonus can be withdrawn, users are required to fulfil a wagering requirement of 10 times the value of the bonus received.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM120, bringing the total balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to be met is RM120 × 10 = RM1,200. Second example: a deposit of RM1,800 gives a bonus of RM1,000, balance of RM2,800, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000.

5.2 General Promotion Terms

All promotions offered by dfnocai are subject to the following conditions:

• Only one bonus may be used at any one time unless stated otherwise
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash
• dfnocai reserves the right to cancel, modify or end any promotion at any time without prior notice
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and possible account closure
• Wagering requirements must be met within the period set for each promotion

6. Fair Play Policy

6.3 Technical Errors

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may close their dfnocai account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before an account can be closed, any remaining balance must be withdrawn, subject to the relevant wagering requirements. An account cannot be closed if there are outstanding wagering requirements that have not been met.

7.2 Suspension by dfnocai

dfnocai reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice in the following situations:

• The user has violated any of the terms stated in this document

• At the request of the relevant authorities

8. Limitation of Liability

dfnocai is not liable for any indirect, consequential or unforeseeable losses suffered by users arising from the use of this platform. dfnocai's total liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

The dfnocai platform is provided "as is" and dfnocai makes no warranty that the service will be free from interruptions, errors or security vulnerabilities. dfnocai will work to maintain optimal platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.

9. Amendments to the Terms

dfnocai reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from users. Any material changes will be communicated to users via email or in-platform notification within a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the dfnocai platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms by the user. Users who do not agree with the amendments may close their account before the amendment's effective date.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction relevant to dfnocai's international licensing. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If resolution through negotiation is not achieved within 30 days from the date the dispute is first raised, dfnocai and the user agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.
